About Ron Brown


Ron Brown, author of The Courageous Life, is an organizational effectiveness consultant and executive coach, serving corporations and leaders in both for-profit and non-profit organizations.

Ron specializes in helping clients implement creative solutions for a variety organizational development needs, including: Strategic Planning, Leadership and Executive Development, Employee Engagement, Continuous Improvement Initiatives, Project Management, Organizational Realignments, and Leadership Accountability. He also provides strategic coaching for individuals, sales teams, and emerging leaders. In addition, Ron serves as “Director of Ministry & Staff” in Youth for Christ - and is an adjunct professor of Leadership Studies at Greenville College, located in Central Illinois.

Ron and his wife, Martha, live in Mahomet, Illinois and have been married for 24 years and have three children. Ron serves his local community by being involved in its student mentoring program and volunteering as a coach for the local high school football team.

Ron has his Ph.D. in “Organizational Leadership” from Regent University, VA; a Bachelors and Masters Degree in “Electrical Engineering” from the University of Illinois; and a “Masters of Religion” from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, IL.
