Impossible is not a fact

The following is a challenging poem by author Robert K. Copper, PhD

Impossible is not a fact.
It’s an attitude.
Its someone else’s opinion.
It’s something your brain makes up.
It’s temporary.
It’s a dare.
It’s an open door.

It’s up to you to loose:
Fear
Groupthink
Yes-people
Pretenders
Old habits
Plan B

Its up to you to defy:
Stereotypes
Conformity
Prejudice
Narrow-mindedness
The status quo
Politics
The odds
Doubt

Because what everyone else thinks is impossible, isn’t.

And a couple related quotes

:
“The only way of discovering the limits of the possible is to venture a little way past them into the impossible” – Arthur C. Clarke

“We must not be afraid of dreaming the seemingly impossible if we want the seemingly impossible to become reality.” – Vaclav Havel

Challenge

: What “impossible” task is your heart drawing you toward?
**Decide to go there.  Remember that the “impossible” is not a fact, it us just an opinion. (And usually the opinion of a someone content with mediocrity.)
