1) Dare to dream big, and put a timetable to that dream.

2) Embrace the tension of maintaining an open, yet tough mind.

3) Find something to love in every person you lead.  Make sure that love is visible.

4) Fill your battery by maintaining a mindset of belief, posture of service, and a willingness to express verbal gratitude.

5) Be a generous giver.

6) Take off your “mask” by remaining open, honest, and vulnerable – while maintaining your courage, commitment, and confidence.

7) Dare to make a courageous decision.  Don’t procrastinate.

8) Initiate change by first being careful to role model that change.

9) Have the courage to ask for feedback.

10) In matters of principle and integrity, be willing to stand strong, voice your belief – and stand alone.
